Meet Taylor: an OCD + Anxiety Specialist with lived experience.

Having experienced OCD and Anxiety starting at a young age, I know firsthand how scary it can be to reach out for help when experiencing intrusive thoughts and compulsions. I also know how fear can quickly begin to make choices for you. Therapy (Exposure and Response Prevention) changed my life, and it is my joy to now specialize in that very treatment as a therapist. Using concepts from Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral therapy (I-CBT), I will partner with you to create a personalized treatment plan to help you reach your goals.

  • Free Intro Call

    Finding the right fit for a therapist takes time and can be challenging—not every therapist is the right fit for everyone! That is why I offer a free 15-20 minute phone call. This free call will help you learn more about my services, and help me learn more about your goals for therapy. After this phone call, we will mutually discuss if this is the right fit!

  • 60 min Initial Assessment $300

    Once we have decided we are a good fit to work together, we will schedule a one time 60 minute assessment session. During this session, we will go through a detailed assessment and background of what led you to therapy at this time and what your treatment goals are.

  • 45 min Sessions $225

    Ongoing sessions are usually 45 minutes long. This is where we get to work on facing your fears! Together, we will work to teach you the skills you need to overcome your fears and allow you to be present in your life. Many choose to meet weekly; however, once you begin, the frequency of sessions may vary!
